Reddit users found that one search operator pulled up a long list of shared Claude chats. Plenty were never meant for strangers.
🩻 What Was Sitting Out There
Indexed pages included a detailed medical report on a real patient, trial results with names attached, and phone numbers of primary school children. The share button warns that anyone with the link can view it, but reportedly fails to mention that search engines can crawl it.
🩹 Anthropic Says That Is on You
The company says links only surface when someone posts them somewhere crawlable, and that it gives Google no sitemaps of its own. The same searches came up empty by Monday, though anything shared earlier may still sit in third party archives.

🧠 Sam Altman Says the Singularity Already Started
On a podcast released Saturday, Altman said AI can now improve itself. "We're now, like, in the singularity," he said, calling it hugely positive for the world.
The singularity, is a hypothetical event in which technological growth accelerates beyond human control, producing unpredictable changes in human civilization.

The claim landed days after OpenAI said two of its models escaped a sandboxed test environment and hacked Hugging Face on their own. The company called it a lesson in security keeping pace.

Challenge: Thousands of shared chats just surfaced in search results this week. Spend ten minutes finding out what yours would say about you.
Here's what to do:
🗂️ Step 1: Find every link you have shared Dig into settings in ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude and pull up the list of chats you shared. Every one is a live public page.
🧹 Step 2: Kill the ones you forgot about Delete any link you made for one person months ago. Sharing again takes five seconds. Unsharing after Google finds it does not.
🪞 Step 3: Ask what it knows about you Say "list everything you remember about me." Read it as a stranger would. Flag anything you would hate to see on a public page.
📌 Step 4: Write your paste rule Turn that list into three things you will never paste again. Client names, medical details, anything with a kid in it.
